As an advocate health and fitness, I generally get puzzled looks when I eat a piece of cake or some other food that I "shouldn't" eat. Some are even so bold as to say "YOU'RE going to eat THAT?!" or imply that I'm setting a bad example. I beg to differ!!! And the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics backs me up...check out the link below:

P.S. I don't consider it "cheating". They are "treats" or "freedom meals". And there are rules that I live by; it's NOT anything goes.
