The Little Black Dress Project is a step-by-step 28-Day transformation program for women that includes a clean-eating meal plan, guidance from me, fat-burning & body sculpting workouts (in-person or online), and daily inspiration.  It's sole purpose is to help you look and feel AMAZING as you ROCK that pretty little dress!
