What personal data we collect and why we collect it
After purchasing one of our products or services or enrolling in a free workout or webinar, the personal data we may hold about you is as follows:

- Telephone Number
- Credit Card Details
This data is collected for future communication, service deliverability, and future promotions and offers. By opting into our program, you are consenting for us to use your data to contact you.
You can opt-out of receiving communication and have your data completely erased as your right to be forgotten.
When you fill out a contact form, the data collected (Name, email, phone number, address) is sent to 265 Point with Coach Tam Fitness and is stored in our database privately until you opt-out of the system via email. This information is never sold or submitted to third parties.
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Your data will be shared with no one unless you make a purchase, in which case your payment will be processed via 3rd party – PaySimple, PayPal, or Stripe.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile our database.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
